ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemeriksaan investigatif oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI dan analisis penggunaan hasil tersebut oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Dalam hasil pemeriksaan investigatif terdapat perhitungan potensi kerugian negara. Namun untuk kepastian nilai kerugian negara yang sebenarnya, harus dilengkapi lagi dengan laporan perhitungan kerugian negara yang dilakukan oleh BPKP (Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan). Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan investigatif dari BPK, KPK akan melakukan penyelidikan, penyidikan dan penuntutan. Agar kinerja BPK dan KPK lebih efektif, perlu ditingkatkan kerjasamanya terutama di bidang pemeriksaan investigatif.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the investigative examination by the and the analysis of the use of audit results by the Corruption Eradication Commission. In the investigative examination includes the calculation of potential state loss. However, for the exact value of the actual loss, must be complemented with the loss calculation report, which is performed by BPKP (Development and Financial Supervisory Board). Based on the investigative examination from BPK, KPK conducts an inquiry, investigation and prosecution. In order for the effectiveness of performance between BPK and KPK, they need to improve their cooperation especially in investigative examination.
