The delinquent who are in the prison have right to get education and training according to their talents and competence.In connection with the case above and to gat how far the guidence has an impact on change of delinquent behavior as long as they are doingtime in prison. ln this research, the researcher use qualitative method with social control paradigm especially social bounding theory by Travis Hirschi.From the research we can conclude the connection between implementation guidance and wich is given tothe delinquent at bandung prison can change the children behavior as long as they are doing time in prison.
