Para Pecandu, korban penyalahgunaan itu sebagai orang sakit dan sebagai koruan, yang perlu di sembahkan dengan memasukkan ke Pusat Rehabilitasi. Apabila masyarakat atau keluarga yang anaknya menjadi pecandu narkoba, agar wajib lapor, maka akan terungkap data riil jumlah penyalahguna, semakin banyak yang melapor dan disembuhkan, maka angka demand akan menurun dan apabila supply temp tinggi, maka harga akan jatuh. Jadi menekan peredaran gelap narkoba diperlukan upaya bersama dalam menekan demand dan supply dengan melalui pemberantasan. Berdasarkan pemilihan tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian berupa analisis Efektivitas Program Rehabilitasi Sosial UPT T & R di tinjau dari reaksi peserta, untuk mengelahui kepuasan residen terhadap program Rehabilitasi Sosial, dengan barlandaskan teori Kirkpatrik dengan menggunakan ana!isis deskriptif berdasarkan data kuantitatif dari para responden. lnstrumen penelitian terdiri atas kuesioner kepuasaan residen terhadap program Rehabilitasi Sosial. Kuesioner berisi 24 item yang disebarluaskan kepada residen di UPT T & R selaku responden penelitian sebanyak 31 orang, basil penilaian responden terbadap. manfuat Pelaksanaan Therapeutic Community di UPT T & R menyatakan setuju dengan skor sebesar 48,4 % dan dapat menyelesaikan pogram Therapeutic Community dengan baik, responden menyatakan setuju sebesar 45,2%.

Addicts are the victim of narcotic's abuses as a patient and also victim as well need to be healed through a Rehabilitation canter. When people or family member who is became the drug or narcotics addict being reported. it will be revealed the real data of its abuses. Much more victims being healed, the demand number will decrease and the higher supply can decline the price. So, to reduce the hidden narcotics circulation is need cf massive effort in the eradication of supply and demand as well. This research is focused on the the Effectiveness of social Rehabilitation Program in the Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit of the National Agency of Narcotics (BNN) that reviewed by the end user perspective. Its aims to understand deepen on the residency satisfactory level toward the Socia) rehabilitation Programs based on Kirkpatrik theory. The explanation of the residence opinion on the effectiveness Social Rehabilitation Program is using a descriptive analysis based on quantitative date gathered from the respondent.The findings shows that most respondents are agree with the benefit of Therapeutic Community program with 48,4 percent and those who able to complete well the Therapeutic Community program amount 45.2 percent.
