Analisis biaya satuan menjadi penting bagi laboratorium kesehatan dikarenakan adanya peningkatan dorongan dalam pengelolaan anggaran yang tersedia untuk menjadi akuntabel, efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Jakana untuk menganalisis biaya satuan dan mengembangkan aplikasi perhitungan pemeriksaan laboratorium tahun 2009, metode yang digunakan adalah aclivify based costing dan operasional riset dengan bahasa pemrograman microsof't foxpro. Biaya satuan aktual terbesar adalah bidang imunologi jenis HCV Rp. 163.439,-. dan terkecil adalah bidang kimia kesehatan jenis rasa Rp. 9.591,- Biaya satuan normatif terbesar adaiah jenis air/MPN Rp. 38.348,-. dan terkecil adalah jenis pemeriksaan kesadahan CaCO3 Rp. 8.092,-. Disarankan dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut tentang strategi pengembangan pelayanan dan sistem komputerisasi untuk memproses data guna menghasilkan informasi efektif, ccpat dan akurat.
Unit cost calculation become important for of health laboratory because demand in budget management avaiable in order to be acountable and efisient, cost effective service become general concern in health service. This reserch in done at Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Jakarta to analysis unit cost and development unit aplication calculation for laboratory examination in 2009. Metode used in unit cost calculation is activity based coasting for development information tecnology supporting uses reserch opperational metode with microsoft foxpro language programing. The biggest actual unit cost in the field of imunology wich is HCV Rp. 163.439,- the smallest is in the field of health chemesrty wich is taste Rp. 9.591.-. The biggest normative unit cost while the cheapest in the field of imunulogy wich is HCV Rp.38.348,- the smallest is in the field of health chemstry wich is CaCo3 Rp. 8.092,-. lt is recomended that further research be done about strategi of service development and computerization system, to used procces the data to procedure effetive, fast and acurate information.
