Tesis ini tentang uji beda biaya antara biaya satuan pasien nyaris meninggal yang dihitung secara manual dengan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) dan simple distribution, dibandingkan dengan tarif INA DRG Depkes. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik dengan sampel pasien nyaris meninggal di RSIA BK tahun 2009. Nilai CRR pada RSIA BK jika menggunakan tarif INA DRG RS tipe C menunjukan CRR 41%, jika biaya Satelah dikurangi investasi maka CRR 72%,jika biaya satuan dikurangi tcnaga maka CRR 54 %, dan jika biaya satuan dikurangi investasi dan tenaga menunjukan CRR 126%. Jika menggunakan tarif INA DRG RS tipe B menunjukan CRR 69,64, jika biaya satuan dikurangi investasi maka CRR 123,12 %, jika biaya satuan dikurangi SDM maka CRR 91,74%, jika biaya satuan dikurangi investasi dan SDM maka CRR 214,5%. Jika menggunakan tarif INA DRG RS tipe A maka CRR 90,89%, jika biaya satuan dikurangi invcstasi maka CRR I60,71%, jika biaya satuan dikurangi SDM maka CRR ll9,74%, jika biaya satuan dikurangi investasi dan SDM maka CRR 279,95%. Uji beda biaya satuan, tanpa investasi, tanpa sdm, tampa investasi dan SDM terhadap tarif DRG di semua tipe RS menunjukan perbedaan bermakna,kecuali pada uji biaya tampa tcnaga dengan tarif DRG RS tipe B dengan Pv=0.l90. Untuk menyertakan RSIA BK kcidalam urogram DRG Depkes, maka perlu diperhatikan faktor subsidi biaya investasi dan SDM, yang selama ini berlaku di semua rumah sakit pemerintah.

This thesis is about t-test analysis of maternal nearmiss unit cost which counted manually by activity based costing and simple distribution methocle. T test show the differences between unit cost,Cost minus investment, cost minus human resource, cost minus investment and human resource with INA DRG price at all kind of hospi.a!. Except, cost minus human resource with INA DRG price at B type hospital, show it doesnot different with Pv=0,l 90. So that, if RSIA BK will follow INA-DRG program, have to keep attention about investment and human resource cost, because INA DRG price using government hospital, which investment and human resource got subsidized.
