 Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Salah satu jutuan dari Program Peningkatan Peningkatan Disiplin Guru adalah
menciptakan suasanayang nyaman dan tertib dalam sekolah. SDN Krukut 3
terletak _dxperbatasan desa dan kota, dengan fasilitas sekolah yang belum
nssmadm. Fasiiitas yang kunmg memadai tidak akan menjadi mamlah jika
dilmbaflgi @0380 ketertiban dalam kcgiatan belajar mengajamya Guru
merupakan ujung tombak pendidikan, salah sam pemnnya adalah menjadi
penegak kedisiplinan sekohh. Sebagai penegak kedisiplinan gum hams
menvwri peramran yang ada, agar dapat mergiadi ¢|1 yang ban; sinmsi
yang dapat diamaii di SDN Krukut 3 adalah guru sexing keluar kelas saat jam
pelajaran hanya untuk membaca koran, berbincang-bincang dengan sesama
guru bahkan merokok.
Tujuan utarna dari program intavensi adalah meningkatkan perilaku disiplin
gum dalam mentmti peramran. Progmn Peningkatan perilaku disiplin guru
dilakukan melalui peudekatan appreciative inquiry. Apprecmtivc lnquby
drharapkan menjadi aluematif baru dalam melakukan pennbalmn suatu
organisasmppreciarive Inquiry bensaha mencmukan hal-hal texbaik yang
terdapat pada gum, sekolah dan linglamgan sekitamya. Sebuah seni benanya
positif untuk memahami, mcngantisipasi dan mempcrkuat potensi positif yang
guru. Sebagai pnti daxi mencari sumber permasalahan dilakukan
afirmasi tcntang topik perubahan Pembahan melalui Appreciarive Inquky
melalui tahapan discovery dremn, design dan destiny.
Membumlllcan waktu 3 bulan untuk mengevaluasi kCb¢I'h2Si1HDl1Y3 Pmgfam
intervensi ini. Meski demilcian telah dibuat suatu kesepakatan bersfxma untuk
menmpai? perilaku guru taat peratuzan" Tahapan lanjutan dan_ prggram
intervensi peningkatan pexilaku disiplin guru masih diperlukan dnlazyutkan
melalui pelatihanv workshop dan diskusi sesuai dengan kcbutuhan guru.

ABSTRACT
Teacher?s Disciplne Development in Kmkut 3 Elementary School, Limo Depok
The purpose of the program of Developing the Teacher?s Discipline is to create
comfortable and deductive situation. SDN Krukut 3, Limo, Depok is located at the
outskirts with the inadequate facilities. Basically the inadequate facilities will not
be the problem that the school has to face on as long as the maintenance of the
discipline at the teaching and learning process is condnctively done. As the main
person in the teaching and learning process, teachers too must be able to maintain
the discipline both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Thus, in becoming
the role model for the students, the teachers too must obey and follow the rules
applied in schooi. But in reality that happened in SDN Krulcut 3, Limo, Depok,
the teachers manage to skip the class by leaving the classroom during the
teaching and leaming process, reading the newspaper in the teacher?s lounge and
worst above all smoking
The purpose of this intervention is for the teachers understand and oblige
themselves with the rules provided, in order to maintain the teaching and learning
process as well as they can. This program is done by using the appreciative
inquiry approaches. Hoping by using these approaches can be chosen as the
altemative way to make changes in an organization. Appreciative htquiry is
applied to seek out the positive potentials Rom teachers, schools and the school?s
environment. It is a lcind of the art of asking to understand, appreciate and to
strengthen the positive potentials that the teachers have. As it is already attirmed
in seeking for the main problem to make the changes. These approaches are done
through some steps, those are Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny.
And for the evaluation for this program, it takes 3 months. The agreement is
already settled to obtain the "I`eacher?s Attitude towards Rules?. Still the
continuation of this intervention is required through the training, workshop and so
on based on the need required.
