Penelitian ini membahas tahap proses pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial terhadap anak jalanan di Social Development Center for Street Children (SDC) Bambu Apus dan juga faktor penghambat pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial di Social Development Center for Street Children (SDC) Bambu Apus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan proses rehabilitasi sosial, meliputi tahapan pendekatan awal, assessment, rencana intervensi, pelaksanaan intervensi, pemulangan (reintegrasi), terminasi, dan juga monitoring, serta faktor penghambat pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial.

This research discusses the stages of the social rehabilitation process in Social Development Center for Street Children (SDC) Bambu Apus and also factors inhibiting during the implementation of social rehabilitation at the Social Development Center for Street Children (SDC) Bambu Apus. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research method.The research results illustrate the social rehabilitation process, covering the early stages of the approach, assessment, intervention plan, the implementation of the intervention, repatriation (reintegration), termination, and also monitoring, as well as factors inhibiting the implementation of social rehabilitation.
