Skripsi ini membahas perencanaan SKSO di Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu dengan metode FTTH sebagai jenis transmisi hingga kawasan pengguna yang didorong oleh kebutuhan mendapatkan layanan yang dikenal dengan layanan Triple Play Servicesyang mencakup 3 aspek yaitu data, suara, dan gambar bergerak.Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu yang terletak di bagian utara Jakarta dengan luas daratan sekitar 900 Ha memiliki Pulau Pramuka yang menamakan diri sebagai Cyber Island serta Pulau Panggang yang dijadikan acuan aktivitas telekomunikasi memiliki kebutuhan servis yang cukup besar sehingga dapat dibuat perencanaan jaringan FTTH di kedua pulau tersebut.Dari hasil perencanaan tersebut diperoleh link power budget serta kebutuhan perangkat FTTH sejumlah 2 OLT, 2 ODC port 96, 2 buah splitterpasif dengan rasio 1:2, 4 buah ODP port 12, serta 1 buah ONU port 8FE dan 22 buah ONU port 4FE.

This Thesis discusses the FTTH optical fiber communication systems planning in Kepulauan Seribu as the transmission media from the providers to their respective users that is driven by the need to get the service, which also known as Triple Play Services includes three aspects: data, voice, and video.District of Kepulauan Seribu have a total land area about 900 hectares have Pulau Pramuka that calling themselves The Cyber Island and Pulau Panggang defined as the most representative island have a pretty large service needs so that the FTTH network planning can be made in this 2 islands.In the end, from the results we found the needs of FTTH devicesare 2 OLT, 2 ODC 96 ports, 2 passive splitter with a ratio of 1:2, 4 ODP 12 ports, 1 ONU 8Fe ports, and 22 ONU 4Fe ports. In addition to the acquisition of such devices, power link budget analysis also shows that the plan is in compliance with the standard of quality.
