Penelitian ini membahas faktor risiko dalam proses pengadaan pada proyek EPC yang berpengaruh pada kinerja waktu. Proses pengadaan menjadi penting karena biaya pada proses pengadaan mencapai 50-60% dari total biaya proyek. bahkan kebanyakan kegiatan pada proses ini berada pada jalur kritis proyek. oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk menemukan faktor risiko pada proses pengadaan yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek. Setelah faktor risiko utama tersebut ditemukan, maka dapat dilakukan strategi pengendalian risiko tersebut agar efek risiko yang ditimbulkan dapat diminimalisir agar proyek dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan selesai tepat pada waktu yang telah direncanakan.

This research discusses about risk factor in the procurement process on EPC project that influence on the time performance. The procurement process is important because cost of this process reach 50%-60% of the total project cost. Most of activity on this process are on the critical path of the project. Because of that, its important to find the risk factors that affects time performance of the project. After found the dominant risk factors, the risk control strategies can be made to minimize risk effect on the project, so the project can continue smoothly and can be finished on time.
