 Abstract

Kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana dapat mempengaruhi pemberian pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung serta besarannya antara aspek kepribadian dalam pekerjaan dan karakteristik faktor pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Banjarbaru 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional dan jumlah sampel 90 orang.
Hasil analisis SEM-SmartPLS-v.2.0 menunjukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana dipengaruhi secara langsung dan tidak langsung antara aspek kepribadian dalam pekerjaan serta karakteristik faktor pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Direkomendasikan perlunya dukungan besar manajemen untuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana.

Job satisfaction of nurses can influence health service delivery in the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of direct and indirect as well as the magnitude of the aspect of personality factors in work and job characteristics on job satisfaction of nurses in at the Inpatient Public Hospital Banjarbaru 2013. This research is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design and sample size 90.
SEM analysis results-v.2.0-SmartPLS show a significant relationship between job satisfaction of nurses is influenced directly and indirectly between aspects of personality in the work as well as the characteristics of occupational factors on job satisfaction of nurses. Recommended the need for increased support for the management of the job satisfaction of nurses.
