ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan dan berupaya untuk mengungkap dan memberikan gambaran faktual mengenai pola pengembangan kepemimpinan dalam organisasi komunitas IKOSI. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan: Pertama, Mengetahui bagaimana IKOSI terbentuk sebagai sebuah organisasi komunitas dan membangun sense of community. Kedua, Mengetahui bagaimana Pengembangan Pemimpin (Human Capital) dan Kepemimpinan (Social Capital) pada organisasi komunitas IKOSI. Ketiga Mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Pengembangan Kepemimpinan di Organisasi komunitas IKOSI. Dari jawaban ketiga tujuan tersebut, peneliti membuat sebuah model yang menggambarkan keterkaitan aspek-aspek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini seperti: Proses Pembentukan organisasi komunitas, sense of community, human capital, social capital, serta penerapan pengembangan kepemimpinan di organisasi komunitas.
ABSTRACTThis research is aiming and trying to reveal also give a factual description about pattern of leadership development in community organization: IKOSI. Specifically, this research have three purposes: The first is to know how IKOSI was formed as a community organization and build its sense of community. The second is, to know how leader development (human capital) and leadership development (social capital) within IKOSI as a community organization. The last but not least is to know the practice of leadership development within IKOSI as a community organization. From the answer of those three purposes, researcher construct a model that can be describe relationships of aspects which were involved in this research such as: community organization forming process, sense of community, human capital, social capital, and practice of leadership development in community organization.
