 Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dimensidimensi
employer branding di PT. ABC. Juga untuk untuk mengetahui tingkat
kepentingan dimensi employer branding tersebut dipengaruhi oleh level
pendidikan, status kepegawaian, jenis kelamin dan jabatan. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan dianalisis
dengan menggunakan paired t-test, independence paired t-Test, analysis of
Variance (Anova).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat
kepentingan dalam daya tarik employer branding di PT. ABC. Jika didasarkan
pada status pendidikan dan jabatan, terdapat perbedaan dimensi yang signifikan
dalam hal dimensi nilai sosial dan nilai ekonomi. jika didasarkan pada status
kepegawaian, terdapat perbedaan dimensi yang signifikan dalam hal dimensi nilai
kerjasama. Jika didasarkan pada perbedaan jenis kelamin, terdapat perbedaan
dimensi yang signifikan dalam hal dimensi nilai sosial.
Berdasarkan penelitian ini, PT. ABC perlu fokus untuk memperbaiki dan
mengkomunikasikan aspek budaya kerja, sistem karir dan gaji dalam melakukan
Employer Branding.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are to analyze all factors that shape
organizations’ attractiveness in Employer Branding of PT. ABC and to examine
Employer Branding level of importance influenced by education, employment
status, gender, job position. To gather information, the research is conducted by
distributing questionnaire to respondents. The analysis utilizes Paired t-Test,
Independence t-Test and analysis of Variance.
The research result shows that there is a difference in the level of
importance of Employer Branding in PT. ABC. Based on employees’ education
and job position, there is a difference in the sosial value and the economic value.
Based on employees’ status, there is difference in the teamwork value. Based on
employees’ gender, there is difference in the sosial value.
Based on this research result, PT. ABC should focus to improve and
communicate its culture, career path and compensation benefit to improve its
Employer Branding.
