Analisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat terhadap minat menggunakan layanan transportasi baru (studi kasus rencana pembangunan MRT Jakarta) = Impact analysis of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use toward new service intention to use (case study MRT Jakarta development plan)

 Abstract

Tesis ini membahas tentang bagaimana publik menanggapi hadirnya suatu sistem transportasi baru yaitu MRT Jakarta yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya di Indonesia. Penilitian ini berupaya melihat minat publik untuk menggunakan MRT ketika sudah beroperasi kelak. Penelitian ini berpijak pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dalam membangun model peneltian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TAM dapat digunanakan untuk membuktikan minat menggunakan layanan transportasi baru yang masih dalam proses perencanaan. Hanya saja Technology Accepatance Model (TAM) dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hingga tahap minat menggunakan/intention to use dan tidak sampai tahap penggunaan secara nyata (actual use) karena layanan dalam penelitian belum berwujud secara nyata. Perceived Ease of Use terbukti memiki pengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness dimana keduanya juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sikap. Perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan. Pada akhirnya model penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap memiliki pengaruh positif pada minat menggunakan layanan transportasi baru. Dari sisi demografi, perbedaan usia dan pengeluaran membedakan perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, sikap dan minat menggunakan sementara pendidikan tidak.

This thesis discusses how the public respond to the presence of a new transportation system, MRT Jakarta which has never existed before in Indonesia. This research exemined the public interest to use the MRT in the future. This study based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results of this study indicate that the overall TAM can be used to prove the acceptance of new transportation services that are still in the development process. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in this study is limited until exemine the intention to use and not exemine the actual use because the product is still in development phase. Perceive Ease of Use has a positive influence toward Perceived Usefulness. Perceive usefulness and Perceive ease of use has a positive influence toward attitude. Perceived usefulness show the positive influence towards intention to use. Attitudes shown a significant influence on the intention to use of new transportation services. In terms of demographics, the study results show that differences in age and social class affect perceives usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and intention to use new transportation services. But this study show that educational differences do not distinguish the intention to use.
