Pengaruh komposisi Ba dan Ti terhadap interaksi spin elektron pada bahan La(1-x)BaxMn(1-y)TiyO3 = Ba and Ti composition effect to electron spin interaction on la La(1-x)BaxMn(1-y)TiyO3

 Abstract

Pengujian Resonansi Spin Elektron (ESR) telah dilakukan pada bahan manganit La(1-x)BaxMn(1-y)TiyO3 dengan komposisi nilai x = 0,15 ; 0,33 ; 0,5 dan y = 0 - 0,2. Dari kurva turunan pertama absorpsi menunjukkan medan magnet eksternal yang dibutuhkan (H0) untuk terjadinya proses resonansi, akan semakin besar seiring bertambahnya Ti dan paling kecil pada komposisi Ba=0,33. Dari kurva absorpsi menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi elektron bebas terbesar adalah pada komposisi Ba=0,33 dan Ti=0 sedangkan waktu relaksasi cenderung bertambah besar seiring dengan meningkatnya Ti. Pada komposisi Ti=0, momen-momen magnet masih berada dalam pengaruh medan magnet luar dan masih tersusun teratur sehingga resistansinya rendah.

The testing of Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) has been done on manganites La(1-x) BaxMn(1-y)TiyO3 with the composition of x = 0.15; 0.33, 0.5 and y = 0 to 0.2. From the first derivative of the absorption curve shows the required external magnetic field (H0) for the resonance process, the greater with increasing Ti and the smallest at the composition Ba=0.33. From the absorption curve shows that the greatest concentration of free electrons at the composition Ba=0.33 and Ti=0 while the relaxation time tends to longer with increasing Ti. At the composition of Ti=0, the magnetic moments are still under the influence of an external magnetic field and regularly arranged so that the resistance is low.
