 Abstract

Tesis ini membahas analisis pengaruh antara Pembelajaran Karyawan (Employee Learning) yang terdiri dari dua tipe yaitu exploitative learning dan explorative learning, Kreatifitas Karyawan (Employee Creativity) yang terdiri dari dua tipe yaitu incremental creativity dan radical creativity, Dukungan Atasan Pada Implementasi Ide (Supervisor Support for Idea Implementation) Dan Kompleksitas Pekerjaan (Job Complexity) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Job Performance) dalam konteks pembentukan Divisi Wireless Broadband PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap karyawan Divisi Wireless Broadband.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh Kreatifitas Karyawan, dimana Kreatifitas Karyawan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh Pembelajaran Karyawan. Sedangkan Kompleksitas Pekerjaan Dan Dukungan Atasan Pada Implementasi Ide tidak terbukti mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Sehingga Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk penelitian dapat dikembangkan dengan membandingkan unit analisis antar divisi, baik dalam perusahaan maupun berbeda perusahaan.

This research explores the influence of the Employee Learning that divide into exploitative learning and explorative learning, Employee Creativity that divide into incremental creativity and radical creativity, Supervisor Support for Idea Implementation, and Job Complexity on Job Performance in the context in Broadband Wireless Division PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The research method of this research is quantitative and conducted through a questionnaire survey of employees Broadband Wireless Division.
The results showed that the performance can be affected by Employee Creativity, where Employee Creativity is influenced by the Employee Learning. While the Job Complexity and Supervisor Support for Idea Implementation not supported for job performance. This study thus suggests to research can be developed by comparing the unit of analysis between divisions, both within the company and the different companies.
