Sub Bisnis Unit BIS (Business Information System) pada Weatherford Regional Asia Pasifik mulai mengimplementasikan Scrum didalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunaknya sejak tahun 2012. Didalam implementasinya masih ditemukan permasalahan-permasalahan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar best practice dari scrum yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target yang telah ditentukan.Proses evaluasi dan perbaikan perangkat lunak di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model, Untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan proses wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi lapangan terhadap dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan PST tools dari Dr. Knueper berdasarkan metode SCAMPI C. Dari permasalahan yang ada kemudian dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Kemudian diberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan best practice yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan Scrum Maturity Model.Hasil penelitian ini adalah posisi Scrum Maturity Model pada sub bisnis BIS masih berada pada level 1 dikarenakan beberapa practice pada level 2 dan level 3 belum diterapkan. Berdasarkan karakteristik permasalahan yang ada sebagian besar disebabkan proses pembelajaran masih terjadi pada implementasi yang ada saat ini.

Sub Business Unit BIS (Business Information System) at Weatherford Asia Pacific Regional begin to implement Scrum in software development processes since 2012. In the implementation, there are still problems that are found does not match with standards practice of the scrum that led to failure to achieve the set of targets.

The evaluation and improvement of the software developing process in this study will be conducted using Scrum Maturity Model. The data collection doing by interview process and questionnaires. Then processed using tools from PST Tools by Dr. Knueper based on SCAMPI C method. The existing problems were analyzed by using a causal diagram based on interviews and field observations to then be given recommendations based on best practices that should be done by Scrum Maturity Model and Scrum Practice.

Results of this study concluded that the position of the sub Scrum Maturity Model on BIS is still at the level of 1 caused by some practices at level 2 and level 3 has not yet been implemented. Based on the characteristic of the problems, it happen because the tim still on the learning phase on the implementing the process.
