Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan gas bumi di Indonesia adalah kemampuan konsumen gas bumi dalam negeri yang masih terbatas untuk membeli gas bumi sesuai dengan harga keekonomiannya. Oleh karena itu perlu dicari bagaimana mendapatkan harga keekonomian gas bumi. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu formulasi harga gas bumi dari sektor hulu sampai hilir yang bisa menggambarkan perubahan harga gas bumi dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sensitivitas perubahan harga gas bumi. Perhitungan harga gas akan dilakukan dari sektor hulu (upstream), sampai sektor hilir (downstrean). Analisis probabilitas distribusi harga dan analisis sensitivitas harga dilakukan terhadap parameter-parameter pembentuk harga gas bumi. Dari hasil penelitian didapat harga gas di hulu sebesar US$ 0,16/MMBTU untuk lapangan di onshore dan US$ 0,91/MMBTU untuk lapangan di offshore, sedang harga gas di hilir dibagi dalam 3 skenario, harga gas dihilir skenario I, US$ 6,64 - 7,39/MMBTU, skenario II US$ 0,78 - 1,53/MMBTU, skenario III US$2,74 - 3,49/MMBTU.

A problems encountered in the use of natural gas in Indonesia is the ability of domestic consumers of natural gas are still limited to purchase natural gas in accordance with economical price. It is therefore necessary to find how to get the economical price of natural gas.

In this study will be made of a natural gas price formula from upstream to downstream which can describe the changes in natural gas prices and identify the factors that affect the sensitivity of changes in natural gas prices. Gas price calculation will be carried out from the upstream to the downstream sector. Analysis of the probability distribution of prices and sensitivity analysis conducted on the parameters forming gas prices.

The results obtained in the upstream gas price are US$0.16/MMBTU for the field in the onshore and US$ 0.91/MMBTU for offshore field. Gas prices in the downstream are divided into 3 scenarios, gas price for scenario I is US$ 6.64 - 7.39/MMBTU, scenario II US$ 0.78 - 1.53/MMBTU, scenario III US$ 2.74 - 3.49/MMBTU.
