[Reformasi merupakan pernyataan sikap kompromis antara golongan yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar di masyarakat dengan kekuatan sosial yang pengaruhnya relatif lebih kecil. Negara Republik Indonesia tak luput dari pergerakan Reformasi. Indonesia mengalami Reformasi pada tahun 1998 pada masa Pemerintahan Presiden Suharto. Kerajaan Singosari merupakan salah satu kerajaan Hindu-Budha di Indonesia yang terbentuk akibat proses reformasi politik. Dengan melihat indikasi proses reformasi politik yang terjadi di Kerajaan Singosari, maka tulisan ini berusaha untuk menganalisis serta menjabarkan proses terjadinya reformasi politik dalam pembentukan Kerajaan Singosari. Analisa serta penjabaran proses reformasi politik dalam pembentukan Kerajaan Singosari ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif yang berlandaskan pada studi kepustakaan. Pada akhir pembahasan, terlihat adanya proses reformasi sebagai awal perjuangan rakyat untuk membangun Kerajaan baru sebagai akibat ketidakpuasan rakyat atas pemerintah pada masa itu yang terekam dalam Serat Pararaton. , Reformation is the compromise between the position statements which have greater influence in the community with the power of social influence relatively have smaller.
