ABSTRAKJakarta merupakan salah satu kota terpadat di dunia dan mengalami kerugian
besar akibat kemacetan. Untuk itu dilakukan studi untuk mengatasi kemacetan
yang bernama The Study on Integrated Transportation Master Plan for
JABODETABEK (SITRAMP). Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan pada SITRAMP
adalah pengadaan MRT jalur Kota-Ciputat. Dengan selesainya studi Basic
Engineering Design untuk fase konstruksi, PT. MRT Jakarta perlu untuk
melakukan perhitungan potensi pendapatan yang dapat diraih terkait rancangan
desain konstruksi stasiun yang akan dilakukan. Penggunaan kombinasi dari
finansial modeling dan sistem dinamis mampu untuk memetakan variable yang
terdapat pada bisnis MRT dan membantu menemukan variable penting guna
memaksimalkan profitabilitas dari PT. MRT Jakarta.;
