Kelompok pendukung merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi pengendalian TB. Community as Partner Model, Health Belief Model, dan Family Nursing Center Model diintegrasikan menjadi kerangka kerja penyelesaian masalah pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, asuhan keperawatan komunitas pada aggregate dan keluarga TB melalui implementasi proyek inovasi kelompok pendukung. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketrampilan kelompok pendukung, keluarga TB, dan meningkatnya CDR TB dari 20% menjadi 85,7%. Kelompok pendukung membantu keluarga dan klien TB dalam peningkatan akses perawatan TB dan meningkatkan angka temuan TB. Kelompok pendukung TB disarankan dibentuk sebagai upaya pengendalian TB berbasis masyarakat.

Support group is a form of TB control interventions. Some nursing models are integrated to provide the framework in resolving problems of managing nursing services, community nursing care on an aggregate and families with TB through implementation of innovation nursing project like support group. These models are the Community as Partner Model, Health Belief Model, and the Family Nursing Center Model.

The results showed an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills support groups, family TB, and CDR of TB increased from 20% to 85,7%. The support group helps families and clients in improving access to TB treatment increases and TB findings. It is suggested that support group was formed as a community-based TB control efforts.
