[Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini membahas aplikasi model konservasi Levine dalamasuhan keperawatan pada lima anak dengan masalah pemenuhan kebutuhanoksigenasi yang dirawat di rumah sakit. Fokus bahasan ditujukan pada pencapaiantujuan asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan asuhan keperawatan pada kelima kasustersebut adalah meminimalkan masalah oksigenasi dan membantu pemenuhankebutuhan oksigenasi serta meningkatkan adaptasi dan mempertahankankonservasi agar kesehatan secara menyeluruh dapat tercapai. Respon anakberbeda terhadap asuhan yang diberikan, hal ini tercermin dari waktu yangdigunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan guna mencapaitujuan dapat tercermin dari peran yang dilakukan perawat selama memberikanasuhan keperawatan dan tercapainya kompetensi selama praktik., The final scientific paper discusses about the application of Levine’s conservationmodel in nursing care to five children with problem of oxygenation needingfulfilment who are hospitalized. The fows of discussion is aimed to the goalachievement of nursing care. The nursing care goals in those five cases are tominimize the oxygenation problem and to help the oxigenation needingfulfilment. Also, it is to increase the adaptation and to maintain the conservationin order to reach the wholeness. Every child gives a different response upon thenursing care which is given. This is reflected from the time used to reach thosegoals.
