[Research which have purpose to identify the FIK UI student’s perception towardthe use of herbs in a nursing conducted on 100 respondents by using simpledescriptive design. The findings obtained almost of students (94%) stated that theusing of herbs in nursing can improve the quality of nursing services and 91%agree that the use of herbs can support the delivery of comprehensive nursingcare. The high expectation of students toward the procurement of specific subjectabout the use of herbs in nursing (95%) as well as a clear regulation of herbs(98%) can be widely applied in nursing (93%) indicated that students were awareofthe use of herbs is the part of nursing. Awareness is also supported by the highmotivation of students to learn and use (91%), and applying herbs in nursing(88%), Penelitian yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi persepsi Mahasiswa Strata satuReguler FIK UI terhadap penggunaan herbal dalam keperawatan dilakukanterhadap 100 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif sederhana. Hasiltemuan didapatkan hampir semua (94%) mahasiswa menyatakan penggunaanherbal dalam keperawatan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dansebagian besar (91%) setuju bahwa penggunaan herbal dapat mendukungpemberian asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif. Tingginya harapanmahasiswa terhadap pengadaan mata ajar tentang penggunaan herbal dalamkeperawatan (95%) serta regulasi yang jelas (98%) agar herbal dapat diterapkansecara luas dalam keperawatan (93%) menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telahmenyadari penggunaan herbal merupakan ranah keperawatan.
