ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pemahaman PT Elnusa, Tbkterhadap Corporate Social Responsibility, mengkaji implementasi programprogramCorporate Social Responsibility PT Elnusa, Tbk di bidang pendidikandan menganalisis manfaat-manfaat yang ada dari Corporate Social Responsibilityyang telah dilakukan perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perusahaan memiliki pemahamanyang baik mengenai hakekat Corporate Social Responsibility, tetapi masihmemasukan program pelatihan internal sebagai bagian dari program CorporateSocial Responsibility perusahaan. PenerapanCorporate Social Responsibilitydilakukan di bawah koordinasi dua divisi sertakerjasama dengan yayasan yang dibentuk untuk itu dan sudah sesuai dengan siklus Plan, Do, Check and Improve(PDCI), serta terdapat manfaat bagi perusahaan, dan lingkungan terkait.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to test the understanding of PT Elnusa,Tbktowards Corporate Social Responsibility, reviewing the implementation of PTElnusa,Tbk Corporate Social Responsibility programs in education and analyzethe existence of the benefit of Corporate Social Responsibility held by thecompany.The results showed that the company has a good understanding of thenature of Corporate Social Responsibility, however in practice still in corporatethe internal training programs as part of the company?s Corporate SocialResponsibility programs. Corporate Social Responsibility implementation is doneunder coordination of two divisions, trough partnership with a foundation whichwas formed, and in accordance with Plan, Do, Check, Improve cycle and givebenefits to corporate, stakeholders and the related environment.
