ABSTRAK
Dalam proses pengelolaan dan layanan pemberitaan sebagai salah salah satufungsi yang dijalankan oleh Pusat Komunikasi (Puskom) pada Kementerian LuarNegeri RI (Kemlu), penggunaan teknologi informasi sendiri peranannya menjadisangat penting mengingat pelayanan penyampaian informasi yang disampaikanmembutuhkan kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keamanan.Untuk pengelolaan data dan informasi layanan pemberitaan, sejak tahun 2011,Puskom di Kemlu Pusat dan Unit Komunikasi di seluruh Perwakilan RI di luarnegeri telah menggunakan aplikasi Agenda Online, yaitu aplikasi pengagendaanberita berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh Puskom sendiri.Setelah diimplementasikannya aplikasi Agenda Online timbul beberapapermasalahan seperti ketidaklengkapan detail data agenda yang dimasukkan kedalam aplikasi Agenda Online oleh pengguna aplikasi, dan keluhan dari penggunatentang performa aplikasi.Untuk itu, dilakukan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang mungkin menjadipendorong kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Agenda Online. Penelitian inimenggunakan beberapa variabel model keberhasilan sistem informasi (DeLonedan McLean, 2003) untuk melihat faktor-faktor pendorong dari aspek teknologi,serta beberapa variabel dari UTAUT (Venkatesh, 2003) yang merupakan hasilpengembangan model TAM (Davis, 1986) sebagai tinjauan dari aspek manusia.Hasil pengujian hipotesis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor yang memberikanpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalampengimplementasian aplikasi Agenda Online adalah : (1) faktor informationquality memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap information satisfaction (2) faktorsystem quality memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap system satisfaction; (3)faktor information satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap performanceexpectancy; (4) faktor system satisfaction memberikan pengaruh positif terhadapeffort expectancy; (5) faktor performance expectancy memberikan pengaruhpositif terhadap user satisfaction; (6) faktor facilitating condition jugamemberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap user satisfaction.

ABSTRACT
In the process of mail management and services as one of the functions carried outby the Communication Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the use ofinformation technology itself becomes a very important role considering thedelivery of information services delivered requires speed, accuracy, and security.Since 2011, the Communication Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and theCommunication Unit throughout all of Representatives of Republic of Indonesiaabroad have used Agenda Online applicationsto aid the management ofinformation and data for mailing services. Agenda Online is a letter recordingapplication based on web and developed by Communication Center.After the implementation of Agenda Online applications arise several problemssuch as the incompleteness of the data input by the user, and user complaintsabout application performance.To that end, an analysis of the factors that may beboosting the satisfaction of Agenda Online user is conducted. This study uses thebasic model of information system success (DeLone and McLean, 2003)to findthe boosting factors from the aspect of technology, this study also uses severalvariables of UTAUT (Venkatesh, 2003) which is the result of the development ofthe TAM model (Davis, 1986) as the factors from the people aspect. This researchmakes the study of user satisfaction as the dependent variable with the boostingfactors from the aspect of technology and the aspects of people.Hypothesis testing are shown factors that significantly influence the AgendaOnline's user satisfaction are : (1) information quality factors positively influencesystem satisfaction, (2) system quality factors have a positive influence on systemsatisfaction, (3) information satisfaction positively influence performanceexpectancy; (4) system satisfaction positively influence effort expectancy; (5)performance expectancy positively user satisfaction; (6) facilitating conditionpositively influence user satisfaction
