ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang faktor penghambat dan pendukung keseteraan
pemenuhan hak buruh perempuan di NV. STTC Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penghambat pemenuhan hak buruh
perempuan adalah pemahaman hak dan kewajiban, kontrol perusahaan, dan
lemahnya peran serikat buruh serta pemerintah. Faktor yang dapat mendukungnya
yaitu peran strategis dari serikat buruh dan peran pemerintah
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the facilitating and impeding factors for fulfillment of female
labor’s rights equality in NV. STTC Pematangsiantar. This research uses a
qualitative approach and descriptive method. The result of this research shows
that the factors that impede the fulfillment of female labour’s rights are the
understanding of rights and duties, the company’s control, and the insufficient
roles of labor unions and the government. The facilitating factors include the
strategic role of labor unions and role of government
