ABSTRACT
Tesis ini membahas tentang konsep museum situs yang sesuai dengan kondisi sejarah, sosial, budaya, dan kondisi geografis Indonesia.Rumusan konsep mengacu pada konsep museum situs di Indonesia, serta perkembangan museum, dan museum situs sejak awal pembentukannya sampai saat ini.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur, observasi di lapangan, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa rumusan konsep museum situs di Kesultanan Keraton Kanoman Cirebon.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the concept of the museum site in accordance with the conditions of historical, social, cultural, and geographical condition of Indonesia.Formulation of the concept refers to the concept of the museum site in Indonesia, as well as the development of the museum, and the museum site since the beginning of creation until this time.Methods This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature studies, field observations, and interviews. The results of a study on the formulation of the concept of the museum site Kanoman Cirebon sultanate palace.
