Utara bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta
Utara dan juga memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi dari bagian tenaga kesehatan, bagian
standarisasi mutu kesehatan dan bagian farmasi, makanan dan minuman yang termasuk
di dalam seksi sumber daya kesehatan (SDK). Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus
adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 44
Tahun 2010 dan keputusan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik
Indonesia No. HK.04.1.35.06.13.3534 tahun 2013 dalam Penarikan Destrometorfan
