Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon Jalan M. H. Thamrin Blok A3 – 1, Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai penerapan segala aspek CPOB di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. dan memahami peran dan tugas apoteker dalam industri farmasi. Di samping itu, terdapat tugas khusus yang berjudul “Analisis Telat Rekaman Tablet Antasida X di Departemen Quality Control Periode Januari – Juni 2013”. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase kumulatif telat rekaman pada periode Januari-Juni 2013 produk yang memiliki pesentase pareto terbesar pada periode Januari-Juni 2013 dan mengetahui penyebab telat rekaman pada produk yang memiliki persentase telat rekaman tertinggi pada periode Januari-Juni 2013.

PKPA activity is intended that students can get knowledge and insight about implementation of CPOB aspects at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. and to understand the roles and duties of pharmacist at the pharmaceutical industry. Beside that, there is specific assignment titled “Analizing Later Record of Antasida X Tablet at Quality Control Department Period January – June 2013. This spesific assignment aims to determine the percentage of cumulative late record in January - June 2013 the product that has the largest pareto percentage in the period January - June 2013, and find out the cause of late record on a product that has the highest percentage of late record in the period January - June 2013.
