 Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bersifat eksplanatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 20.0 serta aplikasi uji Regresi Linier Sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 123 karyawan PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja.
This study aims to analyze the effect of locus of control on job pefromance of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk employees. This is an explanative quantitive research using SPSS version 20.0 calculation and the application of Simple Linear Regression test. The study design used in this research is survey method by using a questionnaire. The sample used was 123 employees of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk and use proportionate stratified random sampling method. The result of this study indicate an influence between locus of control on job performance.
