Skripsi ini berisi mengenai analisis laporan keuangan PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya dalam rangka menjadi perusahaan go publik di Indonesia. Analisis laporan keuangan menggunakan dasar Pedoman Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta selama 5 tahun terakhir terhitung mulai tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2012, analisis perbandingan rasio keuangan tahun 2012 dengan dasar perbandingan rasio industri perusahaan sejenis yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, serta analisis rasio keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan perjanjian dengan kreditur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian PT FSTJ apabila dilihat dari tingkat kesehatan perusahaan dan analisis perbandingan rasio keuangan sudah cukup layak untuk menjadi perusahan publik;This thesis contains the analysis of the financial statements of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya in order to become a public company in Indonesia.
