Pengembangan e government di Indonesia merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan penyelenggaraan kepemerintahan berbasis elektronik dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satu penerapan e government yang telah dilakukan di Indonesia adalah membuat situs informasi publik yang interaktif dan menyediakan situs transaksi pelayanan publik sehingga mampu memperbaiki pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website pemda fitur website pemda dan penerapan e procurement terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini meneliti transparansi informasi keuangan Internet Financial Disclosure Index fitur website E government Webmatrix Index dan penerapan e procurement terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah skor Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah EKKPD. Dengan menggunakan metode censored regression terhadap 232 pemerintah daerah tahun 2010, hasilnya adalah pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website pemda dan penerapan e procurement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah sedangkan fitur website pemda tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah.
