The focus of this thesis is to discusss about the transfer of copyright and agreement to do services between PFN and Mr Suyadi. With compliance with Article 1601 of Indonesian Civil Code and Article 7 and 8 of Law Number 19 Year 2002 Regarding Copyright as well as doctrine work made for hire. The purpose of this thesis is to know the legal status between both party and the compliance between Indonesian Civil Code and Copyrights Law Year 2002. This thesis will discuss further the comparison between doctrine work made for hire in Indonesia and in the United States.
