penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan komitmen organisasi melalui sikap karyawan terhadap nilai inti "Passion for excellence" dengan implementasi workshop "Achieving excellence". hal ini dilakukan dalam kegiatan action research terhadap peningkatan angka turnover yang dihadapi oleh PT Z, karena adanya ketidaksesuaian pemahaman perilaku karyawan dengan nilai inti perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the increase in organizational commitment through employee attitudes towards the core value of "Passion for excellence" with the implementation of "Achieving excellence" workshops. This is done in action research activities to increase the turnover rate faced by PT Z, because of a discrepancy in understanding employee behavior with the company's core values.
