Anemia dan batu ginjal merupakan permasalahan kesehatan. Pasien yang mengalami batu ginjal mempunyai resiko untuk mengalami penurunan fungsi ginjal. Sementara itu, penurunan fungsi ginjal lebih jauh dapat menyebabkan anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara kejadian anemia dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal pada pasien batu ginjal. Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi potong lintang pada pasien batu ginjal yang berobat di Poli Urologi RUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo sejak tahun 2000-2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total population sampling yang memiliki data hemoglobin dan kreatinin. Dari total 5464 pasien dengan batu ginjal, sebanyak 1428 memenuhi syarat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka prevalensi penurunan fungsi ginjal pada pasien batu ginjal yang berobat ke RSCM adalah 35,43% atau sebanyak 506 pasien. Selain itu, prevalensi kejadian anemia terhadap pasien batu ginjal yang berobat ke RSCM sebesar 35,43% atau sebanyak 506 pasien. Dari uji analisis, didapatkan adanya hubungan antara kejadian anemia dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal dengan nilai kemaknaan p sebesar 0,003. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjuukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kejadian anemia dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal pada pasien batu ginjal. Oleh karena itu, pada pasien dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal, pemeriksaan terhadap kadar hemoglobin penting untuk mendeteksi anemia.

ABSTRACT
Anemia and kidney stones is a health problem in Indonesia. Patients who develop kidney stones are at risk for decreased renal function. Meanwhile, further decline in renal function may lead to anemia. This study aimed to explore the relationship between anemia with decreased kidney function in patients with kidney stones. This study used a cross-sectional study in patients undergoing treatment for calculous disease in Cipto Mangunkusumo National Center General Hospital (RSUPNCM) between 2000 and 2013. Sampling was conducted with a total population sampling methods that have data hemoglobin and creatinine. Of the total of 5464 patients with kidney stones, as many as 1428 eligible study.
