[Santunan kematian merupakan salah satu bentuk kebijakan sosial yang diterapkan
berdasarkan prespektif jaminan sosial yang sudah dilaksanakan di Kota Depok
sejak tahun 2007 hingga sekarang ini. Implementasi merupakan salah satu unsur
pokok dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi Sering kali apa yang sudah ditetapkan
akan berbeda pada saat pelaksanaan. Atas dasar hal tersebut, Implementasi
merupakan suatu wujud untuk megambarkan kondisi yang ada di lapangan.
ABSTRAKPendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Post positivist dan teori yang
digunakan dalam melihat implementasi mengacu pada teori Edward III.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa pada pelaksanaan
program santunan kematian kerap menghadapi kendala, salah satunya ialah
masalah waktu dan belum meratanya sasaran dari program tersebut. Selain itu
adanya beberapa oknum yang melakukan penyimpangan dengan memotong uang
santunan kematian yang diterima oleh warga, sehingga pelaksanaan Program
Santunan Kematian dirasa belum optimal
