Industri manufaktur telah banyak menggunakan mesin dan peralatan canggih sebagai pengganti tenaga manusia. Akibatnya timbul bahaya kebisingan yang berdampak kepada emosi pekerja menjadi tidak stabil sehingga mengakibatkan stress. Stress yang cukup lama menyebabkan terjadinya penyempitan pembuluh darah, sehingga memacu jantung untuk bekerja lebih keras untuk memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh dan terjadilah kenaikan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dosis pajanan kebisingan dengan tekanan darah pada pekerja di unit produksi PT. X tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pekerja unit produksi PT. X sebanyak 60 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa Sound Level Meter, data medical check up dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan didapatkan sebanyak 25% pekerja berusia lebih dari sama dengan 30 tahun memiliki tekanan darah tidak normal. Secara statistik terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia pekerja dengan tekanan darah dengan nilai p-value=0.039

As a result there is a danger of noise which affects the worker becomes unstable emotions that causing stress. Considerable stress causes constriction of blood vessels, those stimulate the heart to work harder to pump blood throughout the body and there was a rise in blood pressure. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between noise dose with blood pressure on workers in the production unit of PT. X 2014. Study uses cross-sectional study design. The sample of this research is the production unit workers PT. X as many as 60 people. The research instrument is a Sound Level Meter, medical check-up of data and questionnaires. The results indicate obtained as much as 25% more than the same old worker with 30 years of having abnormal blood pressure.
