ABSTRAK
Pada tahun 2012 penyakit gigi dan mulut menempati urutan empat besarpenyakit utama di Kota Bogor , dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan programkesehatan gigi dan mulut Puskesmas Kota Bogor terdapat beberapa permasalahanyaitu keterlambatan saat melaporkan ke Dinas Kesehatan dikarenakan banyaknyapenyalinan data, isi laporan masih ada tidak sesuai format laporan dan tidakmemiliki basis data. Aplikasi SIKDA Generik menyediakan basis data danpencatatan terintegrasi antar unit sehingga memudahkan pencatatan dan pelaporandi Puskesmas, namun masih belum tersedia indikator pelaporan programkesehatan gigi dan mulut, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan modul sisteminformasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada aplikasi SIKDA Generik . Telahdihasilkan modul sistem informasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada aplikasi SIKDAGenerik berbasis komputer yang dapat mempermudah dalam pencatatan danpelaporan program kesehatan gigi dan terintegrasi antar pelayanan tanpa terjadidata yang duplikasi, tidak valid, dan keterlambatan pelaporan . Sistem informasikesehatan gigi dan mulut pada Aplikasi SIKDA Generik masih diperlukanperbaikan dalam penerapannya sehingga membutuhkan kerjasama antar pihakyaitu Kementerian Kesehatan RI, Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskemas dalampenerapan aplikasi tersebut.

System of oral health information on the application SIKDAGeneric still needed improvement in its application that requires cooperationbetween the parties, namely the Ministry of Health, Department of Health andhealth centers in this application.
