[ABSTRAK
Pada Permenkes Nomor 69 Tahun 2013 telah ditetapkan besaran kapitasi Rp.8.000-Rp.10.000 pada klinik pratama. Besaran kapitasi tersebut akan disesuaikan berdasarkan kesepakatan sehingga terdapat perbedaan pada setiap klinik. Besaran kapitasi yang telah ditetapkan tersebut tidak disesuaikan berdasarkan faktor risiko kesehatan pada setiap individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian kecukupan besaran kapitasi yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 69 Tahun 2013 pada Klinik X, Y, dan Z. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Analitik Observasional dan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah besaran kapitasi pada klinik X Rp.3,697.62, Klinik Y Rp.3,744.38, dan Klinik Z Rp.9,732.06, serta terdapat perbedaan besaran kapitasi berdasarkan faktor usia dan jenis kelamin individu. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan besaran kapitasi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa secara umum besaran kapitasi berdasarkan ketetapan Permenkes No 69 tahun 2013 telah sesuai. Akan tetapi, besaran kapitasi berdasarkan ketetapan tersebut perlu disesuaikan berdasarkan faktor risiko kesehatan karena terdapat perbedaan besaran kapitasi berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin.

Based on ministry of health?s regulation no. 69 year 2013, Primary Clinics capitation has been set about IDR 8.000 to IDR 10.000. the amount of Capitation will be adjusted based on the agreement that there is a difference in each clinic. The amount of capitation have not adjusted by health risk factors of each person. This study aims to calculate of Capitation adequacy in X, Y and Z clinics based on ministry of health?s regulation no. 69 year 2013.
