ABSTRAKSkripsi ini menganalisis penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen dengan
menggunakan levers of control pada PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) yang dikaitkan
dengan siklus hidup perusahaan pada saat ini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian
deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini
berkesimpulan bahwa PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) telah memiliki sistem
pengendalian manajemen yang lengkap, yaitu internal control, diagnostic control
systems, business conduct boundaries, belief systems, strategic conduct
boundaries, dan interactive control systems, sesuai dengan posisi perusahaan pada
siklus hidup perusahaan saat ini.
ABSTRACTThis research analyse the implementation of management control systems using
levers of control at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) in relation with current
organization life cycle. This research is descriptive-qualitative that uses primary
and secondary data. The conclution of this research is that PT Jasa Raharja
(Persero) already have adequate management control systems, such as internal
control, diagnostic control systems, business conduct boundaries, belief systems,
strategic conduct boundaries, and interactive control systems, with company
