[ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas pengaturan mengenai klausul keterbukaan informasi searah mengenai jumlah pemesanan bahan baku terhadap pesaing di dalam suatu Supply Agreement. Dalam Supply Agreement, pihak pembeli sebagai pembeli bahan baku akan menyampaikan informasi mengenai jumlah bahan baku yang ingin dipesan kepada pihak Supplier sebagai penjual bahan baku. Dengan adanya klausul keterbukaan informasi searah mengenai jumlah pemesanan bahan baku terhadap pesaing dalam Supply Agreement, maka informasi mengenai jumlah bahan baku yang ingin dipesan oleh pembeli juga diberitahukan kepada pesaing dari pembeli. Untuk membahas permasalahan ini, akan digunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan analisis yuridis-normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis terhadap klausul keterbukaan informasi searah mengenai jumlah pemesanan bahan baku terhadap pesaing di dalam suatu Supply Agreement menurut hukum persaingan usaha.

;This thesis discusses about the regulation of clause of one-way information

disclosure to competitor regarding raw material purchase order in Supply

Agreement. In Supply Agreement, the buyer will inform the raw material

purchase order to the supplier, whom will sell the raw material to the buyer. With

the addition of clause of one-way information disclosure to competitor regarding

raw material purchase order in Supply Agreement, the information regarding

buyer?s raw material purchase order will also be informed to buyer?s competitor.
