Skripsi ini membahas relasi gender yang terjadi di dalam rumah tangga perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai polisi wanita. Melalui metode wawancara mendalam saya berusaha menangkap segala hal yang terjadi di antara istri dan suami di dalam rumah saat mengambil keputusan, sehingga saya dapat mengatakan bahwa relasi gender di dalam rumah tangga para polwan yang menjadi subjek penelitian saya masih timpang. Status atau kedudukan polwan masih berada di bawah sang suami hal ini terlihat dari pemegang kendali power di dalam rumah tangga yang selalu dipegang oleh suami, sehingga tulisan ini akan menunjukkan bahwa relasi gender yang terjadi di dalam rumah tangga ternyata tidak sejajar.

This thesis discusses the gender relations in the household of women who work as police woman. Through in-depth interviews I tried to capture everything that happens in between wife and husband in the house when taking a decision, so I can say that gender relations in the household of the policewoman who is the subject of my research is still lame. Status or position of policewomen still be under the husband holder as seen from the control power in the household is always held by the husband, so that this paper will show that the gender relations in the household was not aligned.
