[Skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana viktimisasi pekerjaan yang dialami oleh
petugas lapangan Satpol PP DKI Jakarta, sejak petugas memilih untuk bekerja di
Satpol PP hingga selama menjalankan tugas di lapangan. Satpol PP sebagai aparat
penegak peraturan daerah dihadapkan dengan kondisi yang dilematis. Disatu sisi,
petugas lapangan harus menegakan Perda. Disisi lain, petugas dihadapkan dengan
permasalahan dan perlawanan oleh masyarakat dalam menjalankan tugasnya.
Teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah teori penegakan hukum, within the
job troble dan on the job trouble. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method
dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan
teknik pengumpulan data kulitatif melalui wawancara tidak berstruktur.;This mini thesis discussed about how risk of job victimization which is
experienced by Satpol PP field officer, ever since that officers chose to work at
Satpol PP until did their duty on the field. Satpol PP as a local law enforcer is
faced by a dilemmatic condition. On one side, they have to uphold local law and
on the other side, they are confronted by problems and oppositions from society
when doing their job. The theories that had been used in this research were law
enforcement theories, within the job trouble, and on the job trouble. The mixed
method was applied in this research due to its purpose for reconfirming the results
from different data sources by combining data collecting both quantitative
approach and non structure interview technique with qualitative approach., This mini thesis discussed about how risk of job victimization which is
