[Skripsi ini mendeskripsikan Kue Keranjang dalam masyarakat Tionghoa di Pasar Lama. Kue Keranjang merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan Tionghoa yang berkaitan dengan teknologi pengolahan makanan. Kue Keranjang yang selalu dikaitkan dengan Perayaan Imlek, ikut berpindah bersamaan dengan perpindahan orang Tionghoa ke Indonesia, khususnya Pasar Lama. Kue Keranjang dipertahanankan sebagai sebuah tradisi secara turun-temurun dan selalu dikaitkan dengan pelaksanaan perayaan Imlek. Kue Keranjang bagi Masyarakat Tionghoa di Pasar Lama memiliki peranan penting sebagai sesaji, atribut penunjuk identitas, dan komoditas. Pembahasan Kue Keranjang menjadi sebuah perantara untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebudayaan Masyarakat Tionghoa. Kue Keranjang juga memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana agama leluhur Masyarakat Tionghoa menjadi bagian dalam kebudayaan mereka sehingga keduanya tidak dapat dipisahkan.
