[Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan penegakan hukuman disiplin terhadap ketidakhadiran PNS yang tidak disertai keterangan di Kota Bekasi Jawa Barat. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teori penegakan hukum dan disiplin. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara purposive dan snowball. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penegakan hukum yang dilakukan di Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dilakukan dengan memberikan sanksi ringan, sedang, dan berat. Semakin banyak atau berat pelanggaran disiplin yang dilakukan, semakin berat sanksi yang diberikan.;The purpose of this research is to describe discipline law enforcement for civil servants absence without description letter in the city of bekasi, west java.
