ABSTRAK
Pemanfaatan website merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mengatasi kelangkaan (scarcity) informasi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai hambatan dalam mengakses website, baik dari sisi pengguna maupun desain website. Untuk memaksimalkan kebutuhan pengguna memperoleh informasi dan berinteraksi dengan website maka website seharusnya secara potensial aksesibel. Penelitian ini berusaha meneliti faktor-faktor aksesibilitas website yang ada dalam website pendidikan Rumah Belajar berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip web accessibility WCAG 2.0 perceivable, operable, understandable, robust dan tingkat aksesibilitas website minimum berdasakan success criteria conformance level A. Dengan eksperimen two group posttest-only design, penelitian dilakukan terhadap terhadap siswa SMP 3 Tangerang Selatan sebagai traditional user dan end user dari website pendidikan. ABSTRACT
The utilization of the website is an effort to overcome the scarcity of information caused by various constraints in the use of the website, both from the users and the website design itself. To maximize the user needs to obtain information and interact with the website, website must potentially accessible. The study aimed to find out the accessibility factors existing in the educational website Rumah Belajar based on the principles of web accessibility from WCAG 2.0, perceivable, operable, understandable, robust and the minimum level of web accessibility based on the success criteria for the conformance level A. With two group posttest-only experiment design, research conducted on the junior high school students of SMP 3 South Tangerang as end users and traditional users of the educational website.
