 Abstract

Tesis ini membahas pengaruh komunikasi internal dalam membentuk budaya perusahaan berdasarkan pedoman kerja, studi pada How We Operate BP Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif, responden adalah karyawan BP Indonesia yang berjumlah 248 orang. Metode analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa statistik deskriptif dan analisa regresi linear sederhana untuk membuktikan hipotesa dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi yang paling dominan pada variabel aktivitas komunikasi internal yang dapat membentuk sikap dan perilaku karyawan adalah manager role dan employee feedback channel. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya perusahaan.

This thesis disscusses about the influence of internal communication to established corporate culture based on company's procedure. This research use quantitative explanatory design, the respondents are the employees of BP Indonesia in Jakarta and Papua, total respondents 248. Data analysis method are descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression to prove the hypothesis in this research.
Results from this research are: internal communication activities is a dominant variable that influence the corporate culture. Manager role and employee feedback channel are two main dimensions that forms corporate culture based on company's procedure. The findings also prove that there is significant influence of internal communication to corporate culture based on company's procedure.
