Tesis ini membahas kesiapan hukum investasi Indonesia dalam menghadapi MasyarakatEkonomi ASEAN 2015 Perbaikan peraturan hukum terkait investasi sudah dilakukanpemerintah Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing Indonesia antara negara negaraanggota ASEAN Perbaikan peraturan peraturan ini berdasarkan penyesuaian kebijakaninvestasi Indonesia dengan kebijakan investasi di Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015 yaituASEAN Comprehensive Agreement ACIA Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwasimplifikasi prosedur penanaman merupakan salah satu persiapan yang baik dan sesuai untukmenarik para investor ke Indonesia Ini membantu Indonesia bersaing dengan negara negaraanggota ASEAN lainnya dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015.
