 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Bangunan-bangunan gedung merupakan kontributor terbesar konsumsi energi di
berbagai negara. Konsumsi energi ini telah menyebabkan masalah serius seperti
pemanasan global. Salah satu upaya mengurangi dampak pemanasan global
adalah dengan pembangunan green building. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap percepatan implementasi
green building di DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari perspektif owner dan developer serta
melakukan strategi penyelesaian. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa faktor efisiensi
energi bangunan, regulasi pemerintah mengenai energi bangunan, pendidikan
green building dan nilai investasi green building merupakan empat faktor
peringkat teratas yang perlu dilakukan strategi tepat terhadap percepatan
implementasi green building.

Buildings are the largest contributor of energy consumption in various countries.
Energy consumption has led to serious problems such as global warming. One
effort to reduce the impact of global warming is with green building construction.
This study aims to determine what factors affect the acceleration of the
implementation of green building in Jakarta viewed from the perspective of
owners and developers as well as perform settlement strategy. AHP results
indicate that buildings energy efficiency, government regulations regarding
building energy, green building education and green building investment value
factor as top four ranking factors that need to be done strategy to accelerate the
