Redistribusi tanah sebagai bagian dari kebijakan reforma agraria adalah usahapemerintah dalam menata kembali distribusi kepemilikan tanah agar terciptapenguasaan pemilikan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah yang berkeadilan Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak redistribusi tanah terhadap kesejahteraanmasyarakat di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor Metode yangdigunakan adalah kuasi eksperimental dengan metode instrumental variable Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Sukamulyameningkat 2 prob 0 01 akibat dari program redistribusi tanah dibandingkankelompok kontrol Oleh karenanya reformasi agraria perlu diteruskan dan ditingkatkanbaik kualitas maupun kuantitasnya dengan memberikan akses dan pemilikan lahankepada petani.
