 Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara lingkungan bisnis dinamis, tipe strategi bisnis perusahaan, external labor flexibility, dan internal labor flexibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Unit analisis adalah perusahaan, yaitu perusahaan pada sektor telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, melalui pembagian kuesioner, teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan metode PLS.
Temuan penelitian menyarankan bahwa implementasi labor flexibility penting bagi perusahaan untuk berkompetisi secara lebih efisien di pasar, namun penerapan fleksibilitas ini harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, dan untuk kinerja yang terbaik, perusahaan dapat menerapkan kedua tipe labor flexibility dengan tetap memperioritaskan penerapan internal labor flexibility.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the dynamic business environment, the type of the company's business strategy, external labor flexibility, and internal labor flexibility on firm performance. Unit of analysis is the company, ie the company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. This study use primary data, through the distribution of questionnaires. Statistikal techniques used are SEM with PLS method.
The study's findings suggest that the implementation of labor flexibility is important for the company to compete more efficiently in the market, but the implementation should be fit with company's goal. Moreover, for the best firm performance, the company can implement both types of labor flexibility, however the implementation of internal labor flexibility should be prioritized.
